What you'd do
- Ensure restaurant service staff deliver optimum service and that all guest needs are met each shift
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and complete opening and closing duties for the restaurant daily
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability,service quality,and the safety and well-being of guests
What they want
- Restaurant or hotel food and beverage management experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventories,supplies,opening and closing duties,and maintenance needs
- Ability to assist management with hiring,training,evaluating,and coaching restaurant service team members
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a restaurant supervisor or assistant restaurant manager at an international hotel brand
- Familiarity with hotel food and beverage management systems and FIFO inventory control best practices
