- Respond to Residence owner and guest requests for transportation,reservations,dry cleaning,and special arrangements
- Announce visitors and verify credentials before granting building access to Residence owners and their guests
- Answer and process all Residence owner calls,messages,and requests with accuracy and professionalism

- Concierge or guest services experience in a luxury hotel or high-end residential services environment
- Ability to handle special requests from Residence owners and their guests with precision and follow-through
- Strong organizational skills for managing visitor announcements,key track systems,and property access procedures
Nice to have
- Prior luxury concierge or residential services experience at a high-end hotel or serviced residences property
- Familiarity with hotel elevator scheduling,valet coordination,and high-net-worth client relationship management
