What you'd do
- Act as primary technical interface for key customers on Epitaxy process development and production
- Drive NPI and evaluation activities at customer sites with hands-on deployment and process improvements
- Execute customer-specific DOE and demonstration activities with process teams

- PhD in Chemical Engineering,Materials Science,Physics,Electrical Engineering,or related field
- Minimum 6 to 7 years of industry experience after PhD in semiconductor or equipment industry
- Strong expertise in Epitaxy or thin film deposition processes
