What you'd do
- Build technical engagements with AI development teams and frontier model makers in Korea.
- Lead strategic partnerships with top developers and influential researchers.
- Propose state-of-the-art training frameworks (Megatron-LM, NeMo, TensorRT) to customers.
What they want
- 5+ years hands-on experience in full AI model lifecycle (pre-training, fine-tuning, post-training).
- Experience with reinforcement learning, optimization, and model evaluation.
- Strong software engineering skills including debugging and performance analysis.
Nice to have
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Understanding of GPU architecture and server infrastructure.
- Knowledge of networking bandwidth optimization between GPU servers.
