Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, independent, and detail-oriented Senior Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team of compliance officers in India. In this role, you will work independently as part of a collaborative team, focusing on the regulatory domain to consult, provide oversight, and set up and manage product and license governance. Wise operates under multiple regulatory licenses in India (Cross-Border), requiring strong adherence to applicable payment system regulations and FEMA requirements. You will be directly responsible for driving regulatory compliance across these frameworks, overseeing obligations for existing licenses and / or leading initiatives for upcoming India license applications, updates, and regulatory restructuring as we expand our product offerings.
