Job Description: Get to know the Team GrabRentals (GR) is a core pillar of Grab's Mobility business, with the primary goal of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply for Grab's ride-hailing marketplace. The GrabRentals team houses its own strategy, partner management & productivity, pricing & product design, sales, marketing, operations et al. functions, and also works with other teams in Grab spanning business, operations, tech, and analytics. In the Strategic Projects team, we are focused on ensuring the optimization of our existing business and the growth of new businesses, including Autonomous Vehicles (AV). Get to know the Role: You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the autonomous vehicle business. As part of the business operations team, you will be someone on the ground. You will directly oversee site coordinators, manage depot readiness, support incident response, and charge, prepare, and maintain vehicles for daily missions. You will be in charge of people management, operational planning, safety compliance, and lead problem resolution to support the safe and efficient running of AV operations.
