What you'd do
- Lead backend services and pipelines for ad creative ingestion, processing, and delivery
- Act as tech lead on medium- to large-scale projects across creative systems
- Architect services for creative metadata, versioning, policy checks, and runtime selection
What they want
- BS or MS in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of backend or platform engineering on production systems
- Proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python and large-scale distributed systems
Nice to have
- Experience with creative or media processing pipelines and content moderation
- Hands-on with GCP, BigQuery, Dataflow, Kafka, or Beam/Spark
- Experience integrating GenAI for creative auto-generation, QA, or classification
