What you'd do
- Engage with customers via ticketing,live chat,and screen sharing to identify and resolve technical support requests
- Reproduce technical issues and investigate Datadog integrations to diagnose and resolve complex customer problems
- Lead a three-pillar product demonstration to customers as a demo-certified technical support specialist
What they want
- Minimum 2 years of multi-channel technical support experience at a SaaS company or equivalent environment
- Experience using Zendesk,Jira,Confluence,or similar helpdesk and project management software tools
- Strong technical skills for reproducing and investigating complex issues across cloud and software systems
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting cloud monitoring,observability,or infrastructure products for enterprise customers
- Technical background in Linux,scripting,or cloud infrastructure for advanced technical troubleshooting work
