Job Description: The Send High Volume team tackles the challenges unique to customers sending large amounts internationally — think relocators moving their life savings, people managing investments abroad, or businesses running a global enterprise. For most of them, sending an amount this big is nerve-wracking. A tiny shift in the exchange rate can cost thousands, higher risk and scrutiny mean slow-downs at every step (navigating daily and monthly limits, proving the legitimacy of funds, waiting on risk clearance from banks on either side, etc.), and possibly a far more severe consequence of missing the payment timelines. They monitor, and worry throughout — Did it arrive? Why is it held? Will the rate hold? When it works, it's magic. When it doesn't, it's one of the most stressful things they'll ever go through.
