Job Description: The Hale Kai Lunch & Dinner Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a high-volume luxury resort restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing financial performance, and fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
