Our Global payroll department is looking for an experienced self-motivated system savvy Sr. Payroll Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Sr. Analyst will work closely with the Accounting, HR and Benefits teams. The Sr. Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of all payroll cycles and payroll associated tasks, drive to evaluate and improve processes, and work collaboratively across multiple functions to improve the customer experience. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities: • Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. • Ensure the accurate and timely end to end processing of payroll across multiple countries • Audit payroll data to ensure accurate processing of wages, garnishments, tax withholdings and deductions. • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process. • Assist with all payroll related audits & SOX compliance by adhering to…
