What you'd do
- Ensure food and beverage service staff work as a team to meet all guest service needs each day
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed properly
- Monitor dining areas for seating availability,service quality,and the safety and well-being of guests

- Food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel,restaurant,or institutional food service environment
- Organizational skills for managing daily inventories,stock checks,and opening and closing service duties
- Experience assisting management with hiring,evaluating,and coaching food and beverage service team members
Nice to have
- Prior food services supervisor or team lead experience at a Marriott brand or equivalent international hotel
- Familiarity with hotel food service scheduling,inventory management,and dining room operations procedures
