We are seeking a high-impact Learning & Capability Development Manager to drive capability, productivity, and performance across our Global High Tech (GHT) business in Southeast Asia. Supporting employees across our Data Center and Microelectronics businesses, this role is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and capability solutions that accelerate employee productivity, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support the commercial success of our sales and service teams. This is an individual contributor role with regional responsibility across Southeast Asia.
