Job Description: Ubisoft Film & TV is seeking to fill its Development Executive position. Based entirely in Los Angeles, this person will work alongside the creative team in the development, production, and delivery of a slate of IP-based and original films and TV series. Candidates should have a passion for and engagement with the video game industry, knowledge of and experience in the film and television development process, outstanding communication skills, strong relationships across the film and television industry, be highly organized, self-starting, and able to evaluate material and prepare excellent creative notes. INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Working closely with the VP of Film & TV to expand the company’s slate by conceptualizing, building, and pushing forward IP-based and original film and TV projects. • Working closely with the creative team to support ongoing projects by providing notes on creative material, and assisting in the packaging and staffing of writers, directors, and department heads. • Maintaining a robust working knowledge of the IP in Ubisoft’s library and identifying opportunities for adaptation into film and TV. • Creating strong visual decks and creative…
