About the role The Reporting Specialist support the Finance Controllership team in the financial accounting, controlling & reporting, controls requirements for specific market / global entity. The role supports the accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet, provide analytics and insights that support the business to develop accurate plans in a strong controls and assurance environment. Role & Responsibilities • Working closely with the respective Controllership team to contribute to the monthly / quarterly / annual reporting of financial results and execution of controls part of the Internal Control Framework for markets / entities under responsibility. • Providing commentaries in relation to P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow as needed. • Review of monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation where required. Liaise with respective stakeholders of Balance Sheet Reconciliations to resolve open items. • Assist with aspects of financial month end review process: • Manage Operating Expenditure and all reporting requirements (including Operating Expenditure & Headcount Reporting) • Review and processing of Opex provisions, accruals, standard journals etc. • Ensure entities results are fully…
