Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Analytical Testing Coordinator (m/f/*) for the Global EHS Laboratory, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: • Manage end-to-end subcontracted testing operational workflows - from initial proposal synthesis down to financial validation and final analytical report verification • Coordinate sample collection schedules with environmental/technical consultants and track chain-of-custody through external ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs • Synthesize complex consultant proposals into standardized General Project Outlines (GPOs) for internal approval and operational execution • Monitor lead times, chase pending analytical reports, address quality query resolution (e.g., out-of-spec results, re-testing requests), and evaluate lab turnaround performance • Audit incoming Lab reports against GPO requirements and raw consultant data before final archiving • Technical review of the Lab report against the quality objectives for the project and the performance criteria of the test method. • Request…
