What you'd do
- Define high-level research direction and technical strategy for incrementality and attribution
- Architect,build,and refine advanced Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models
- Guide and upskill data scientists and analysts to overcome technical hurdles and scale models
What they want
- Masters or PhD in Statistics,Econometrics,Data Science,Computer Science,or quantitative field
- 10+ years of industry experience in data science,advanced ML,or quantitative marketing science
- Deep expertise in incrementality,A/B testing design,attribution methodology,and causal inference
Nice to have
- Background in causal inference: uplift modeling,synthetic controls,geo experiments
- Experience optimizing large-scale marketing budgets across diverse paid media channels
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while leading complex measurement framework delivery
