About the role We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to help run an AI-native operating environment across people, AI agents, and cross-functional teams. This is a high-ownership business operations role for someone who combines strong business judgement with enough technical fluency. You will help turn AI-agent capabilities into reliable production workflows, keep teams aligned in real time, and ensure that AI-heavy processes have clear ownership, quality standards, handoffs, and escalation paths. The role sits at the intersection of business operations, product operations, technology, and digital assets. You will need to move quickly, communicate clearly, understand changing market context, and remain dependable when urgent internal issues arise.
