What you'd do
- Ensure Quality Management System compliance against J&J policies and local regulations.
- Drive timely management of Non-conformance,CAPA,Change Controls,and Audit Actions.
- Prepare and review quality documentation and ensure audit readiness.
What they want
- 1-3 years of work experience in healthcare or similar regulated environment.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication,presentation,and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in North Asia regulatory environments covering Korea,Hong Kong,and Taiwan.
- Prior exposure to CAPA systems or quality compliance tools in MedTech.
