In this role as an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will offer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, driving Zoox’s People & Culture strategy to cultivate a workplace built on high engagement and trust. You will leverage your experience in resolving employment issues and ADA accommodation requests, balancing employee fairness with risk management and core business priorities. You will also leverage workforce analytics to continuously optimize employee processes, identify emerging trends, implement preventative solutions to reduce workplace issues, and support targeted training programs. Please note, this role requires an onsite capacity of 3 days per week in our Foster City, CA office. In this role, you will...: • Conduct ER Investigations into statutory complaints. • Manage Reasonable Accommodation process, working with employees, management, and PEx (HR). • Build collaborative, impactful partnerships with cross-functional teams, PEx partners, and managers across all organizational levels. • Manage day-to-day requests for ER support from PEx and Zoox partners. • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of employee relations policies and procedures.…
