Job Description: Position Summary & Purpose: We are seeking an experienced VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Technical Trainer to deliver enterprise-level Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT). This is a core instruction role designed for a hands-on technical facilitator who can step directly into the classroom as a Lead Instructor with minimal ramp-up time. While the primary mission is active classroom teaching (~70% estimated delivery focus), the instructor will also lend non-delivery bandwidth to partner with the Business Unit (BU) on curriculum review and content feedback. Note on Role Scope: This is a customer-facing, delivery-first instructor position. Candidates coming from a dedicated curriculum design background should note that live teaching and lab facilitation form the primary core of this role.
