Work Flexibility: Onsite Stryker is hiring a Senior Manager to support growth and the scale up of the multi-site Arizona Campus of Stryker Sustainability Solutions. We seek a leader who will develop a diverse team, capable of scaling growth through new product development and product transfers. This strategic thinker will use data analysis and sound engineering principles to identify a strategic funnel of process improvements, maintenance programs, and other key cost savings opportunities. What you will do: • Build and develop a high-performing engineering team; manage resources and performance and mentor engineering leaders. • Align department goals, projects, and resources with business and customer priorities; ensure timely execution. • Ensure quality, regulatory, policy, and engineering compliance while maintaining validated products and processes. • Lead cross-functional issue resolution and implementation of new products and processes in production. • Drive Lean, 5S, innovation, and operational excellence to improve quality, efficiency, and cost. • Develop and execute 3–5-year strategic roadmaps that translate business priorities into project, process, technology, and capital…
