As a Technician Operator, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring product has quality and safety are in place. Your Team This role reports to the Line leader to be based in Chachoengsao, Thailand. What Success Looks Like You contribute to basic production under qualification and mentorship and primarily perform simple and repetitive operational tasks following defined standards, CBA and SOPs. Maintaining product quality and safety work condition are your fundamental key accomplishments. You also take some responsibility on a team level system management work. Responsibilities of the role • Demonstrates the ability to learn new knowledge and master technical skills. • Demonstrates the ability to perform the required work meeting agreed on expectations, such as part exchange during maintenance and changeover, process adjustment under guiding, qualified trouble shooting, develop Kaizen to reduce losses, implement CIL, etc. • Qualify on-line QC skill block. • Implement team level system work independently. • Participate…
