A Day in the Life The Capital Utilization team supports the adoption and effective use of capital equipment solutions within Neurosurgery and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) care across Croatia and Slovenia. Working closely with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and commercial teams, the function provides product expertise, clinical support, education, and implementation guidance to help optimize therapy utilization and customer outcomes. This role is based in Zagreb, Croatia and follows an onsite work style. The position requires frequent travel throughout Croatia and Slovenia, approximately 60-70% of the time, to support customer education, clinical activities, product implementation, and procedural support.
