As Engineering Manager, you will lead an engineering team to work closely with other stakeholders in the organization, e.g., Product Managers, Business Lead, Operations, to solve the reconciliation platform problems at our core payment systems and to provide top-notch reconciliation platform capabilities to our users. This role requires you to have Payments and Finance domain knowledge, solid technical skills, strategic guidance, technical leadership and people management skills. Get to Know the Role You will lead an engineering team consisting of software engineers and QAs (SET), responsible for designing, building, and operating our Central Reconciliation Platform for our Fintech foundations. Our solutions are mission-critical, operating 24/7 in some of the most dynamic and diverse markets in the world. Reliability, security, compliance, and speed are not optional – they are the baseline.
