THE ROLE As the Portfolio and Transaction Specialist, you will support the effective management of Everpure's commercial real estate portfolio across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on lease management, portfolio administration, and transaction support. Reporting to the Geo Director, EMEA with a matrix alignment to the Senior Lease Administration Manager, you will help maintain accurate lease data, support payment processes, track key lease milestones, and assist with leasing and transaction activities across the portfolio.
