Android/Linux Firmware Engineer, Poly Video Description - Location Requirement Candidates must perform the job in the posting location and be authorized to work in Taiwan. Position Overview Join our Taiwan firmware team supporting the development, execution, and delivery of Poly Video devices. In this role, you will develop Android/Linux-based embedded software, identify and resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate closely with global product stakeholders, firmware and hardware teams, and Taiwan-based ODM partners to bring high-quality video products to market. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, integrate, and optimize embedded software and firmware for Android/Linux-based video products. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex firmware, networking, system integration, and product-level technical issues using structured root-cause analysis. • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and product teams to define system behavior, communication protocols, feature requirements, and integration approaches. • Partner closely with Taiwan ODMs and global product stakeholders to support technical execution, issue resolution, new product development, and successful…
