What you'd do
- Conduct quality checks on all incoming food deliveries for compliance with HACCP standards
- Receive,inspect,and store food deliveries verifying temperature,packaging,and freshness
- Verify weights,cuts,grades,and product specifications of incoming deliveries
What they want
- High school graduate with prior experience in hotel receiving or high-volume kitchen preferred
- In-depth knowledge of meat,seafood,fruits,vegetables,and specialty products
- Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety standards
Nice to have
- Receiving Clerk experience or formal Culinary Training
- Strong relationship-building skills for cross-departmental and supplier collaboration
