Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join the Asia Transformation Office within the Business Client Services (BCS) Asia team. This role will be based in Tianjin. This role supports regional and global transformation initiatives across Asia, with a focus on project delivery, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation. Key projects include the rollout of right-shoring initiatives, support for the Asia project team with a primary focus on China implementation, and other transformation projects within the team’s remit. This role is suited to a candidate who is proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
