ClickHouse is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Workplaces to build our workplace function from the ground up. This is a foundational role: there is no existing playbook to inherit, so you'll help design the policies, standards, and operating model that will support ClickHouse's workplace experience as we grow. You'll be responsible for a small but growing footprint of offices across multiple regions, and you'll need to balance our remote-first philosophy with the reality that in-person environments matter — for teams, culture, and moments that are hard to replicate over video. This role reports to the Head of Procurement and will partner closely with People, IT, Security, Finance, and regional leaders. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building something new rather than maintaining something established.
