Job Description: The Chief Baker is responsible for overseeing all bakery operations, ensuring the production of high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. This role leads the bakery team, maintains food safety and quality standards, manages inventory and production schedules, and develops new bakery products to meet guest and business requirements.
