What you'd do
- Process customer orders from receipt through shipment execution for export markets
- Maintain accurate order data in ERP and supporting supply chain systems
- Act as primary contact for assigned markets on daily order fulfilment queries

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain,Logistics,Business,or related field
- Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
- Experience in customer service,order management,or export operations preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with customs,veterinary,or market-specific import requirements
