About the role Anthropic is looking for an experienced G&A Recruiter to help build the business functions that keep our company running smoothly. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across our General & Administrative teams, owning searches that range from high-volume pipelines to highly strategic, hard-to-fill roles — and you'll be expected to context-switch between them without dropping quality. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership across a diverse portfolio. You'll manage a high req load across multiple hiring managers, use data and systems to prioritize and surface issues early, and build repeatable processes that scale.
