About the Role Hinge is hiring a Senior Research Operations Program Manager to scale our research infrastructure and support high-impact insights across the company. In this role, you’ll lead and evolve operational systems across in-person research, tooling, knowledge management, and research impact. You’ll take on complex, high-visibility projects and make sure researchers have the people, partners, and resources they need to get insights on time.
