Working in-line with SSIM’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, fact sheets and new template designs as per the business requirements. Key Responsibilities. • Manage the day-to-day BAU and make sure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence to controls. • Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy • Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary • Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure • Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline • Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and Powerpoint • Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance, under moderate supervision. • Actively look for areas of improvement and coordinate internally, overseeing implementation…
