This is a hands-on operations role at the intersection of traditional financial markets and digital assets. You will own end-to-end workflows for asset integrations, manage critical platform events, and serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and external partners. If you have built a strong foundation in TradFi — investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or corporate finance — and are ready to apply that rigour to the fastest-moving corner of financial services, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Asset Lifecycle Management • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and asset offerings across products — from initial assessment through to live launch and ongoing maintenance. Event Operations • Oversee and execute platform updates for critical asset events: token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset deprecation/offboarding. Precision and timing are everything. External Partner Management • Act as the primary operational point of contact for external project teams, foundations, and key stakeholders.
