Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. We will count on you to: • Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries • Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services • Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions • Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues • Coordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered • Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables • Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts. • Coaching other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service What you need to have: • Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant…
