Transport Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily transportation operations to ensure timely pickup and delivery of customer orders. This role includes truck arrangement, shipment monitoring, system updates, communication with customers and transporters, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Receive and process all transportation orders from Business Units (BUs) and arrange trucking requirements through manual planning. • Issue truck booking pre-alerts to transporters via WhatsApp and follow up with official email notifications for billing purposes. • Arrange truck bookings based on the PGI (Post Goods Issue) date or RDD (Requested Delivery Date) requested by customers. • Plan orders and trucks using the OTM system (buy and sell process simultaneously) and update OTM IDs in truck requests daily. • Register and monitor Shipment IDs in SCE TMS to ensure drivers perform pickup and delivery scanning within the required timeline. • Ensure all customer orders are planned for delivery and verify that no orders are missed in both SCE and OTM systems. • Monitor truck movements and provide timely…
