What you'd do
- Develop and qualify metrology methods for evaluating semiconductor thin film deposition processes
- Operate and maintain advanced metrology equipment including ellipsometry,XRF,and SEM tools
- Analyze metrology data to characterize process performance and identify yield-impacting issues
What they want
- Engineering or physics background with hands-on semiconductor metrology or process characterization experience
- Proficiency with thin film metrology techniques including ellipsometry,XRF,XRD,or SEM methods
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting complex measurement datasets and process control charts
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ALD,CVD,or PVD deposition processes and their metrology control requirements
- Experience with statistical process control and design of experiments for process qualification
