What you'd do
- Develop and qualify metrology methods for evaluating semiconductor thin film deposition processes
- Operate and maintain advanced metrology equipment including ellipsometry,XRF,and SEM tools
- Analyze metrology data to characterize process performance and identify yield-impacting issues
