About the Role We're hiring the best people in the market, and we need a sourcer who can help us find and win them. As a Recruiting Sourcer, you'll build and nurture the top of the funnel for our business-side hiring across Go-to-Market, Infrastructure Strategy, and G&A. You'll work with senior recruiting partners and business leaders on critical, hard-to-fill searches. Your first priority will be clearing our open searches by finding and engaging exceptional, mostly passive candidates. Over time, you'll build a warm pipeline of top-tier talent and a repeatable sourcing playbook that helps us scale. This is a chance to tell Together AI's story to people who are already doing great work elsewhere, and to see that work turn into real hires.
