What you'd do
- Manage payroll master database and process monthly salaries,bonuses,withholding taxes,and insurance reporting.
- Execute annual tax settlement and year-end tax settlement processes.
- Review employee time and attendance data linked to payroll settlements.

- 3 to 7 years of hands-on payroll and retirement pension management experience.
- Independently managed end-to-end payroll and year-end tax settlements for 100+ employee companies.
- Fundamental knowledge of Korean Labor Standards Act,Income Tax Act,Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act.

- HR experience in fast-growing IT/Tech,semiconductor,or startup companies (100-300 employees).
