Job Description: Reporting to the VP Production Services the Head of Insight & Engagement, Worldwide, you will be accountable for the strategy, performance, and evolution of Ubisoft's worldwide Insight & Engagement organization. Bringing together User Research, Game Analytics, and Global Strategic Insights, you will strengthen player understanding, improve decision quality, and increase the impact of insights across production and business decisions. You will establish a coherent decision-support ecosystem across historically independent disciplines, ensuring stronger collaboration, greater operational effectiveness, and measurable business impact across Ubisoft’s productions.
