Job Description The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on inventory control, inbound/outbound execution, WMS data integrity, safety (EHS), equipment compliance, and audit readiness, contributing to overall supply chain reliability and regulatory adherence. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities Inventory Control & Data Integrity • Maintain high level of inventory accuracy in alignment with financial and operational requirements • Execute cycle counts and physical inventory according to defined schedules • Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) • Ensure all transactions are timely, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards 2.
