What they want
- PhD in CS,Electrical/Computer Engineering,Physics,Mathematics,or related field
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects and navigating corporate strategic goals
- 5+ years hands-on experience in HPC fields such as molecular dynamics or electronic structure calculations
Nice to have
- Experience with NVIDIA CUDA-X libraries and GPU acceleration frameworks
- Background in AI/ML integration into scientific computing workflows
