What you'd do
- Provide on-site customer support including installations, system diagnoses, and equipment service and repair.
- Develop leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes working closely with customers and R&D teams.
- Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs) with statistical data analysis.
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
