Job Details: Job Description: Our managers in essential onsite roles are expected to be onsite to support operational needs. This position requires regular onsite presence to manage employees whose responsibilities require onsite work. Key Responsibilities: • Directs a lab operations team and oversees various processes of lab operations, including equipment engineering, inventory control, purchasing, facility, and infrastructure maintenance. • Defines goals, supports improvement of lab technologies, evaluates internal tools and processes continuously, and drives fixes to improve productivity. • Translates customer requirements into leading lab strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and development of Intel technologies. • Reviews equipment specifications, including vendor management. • Allocates benches and test equipment to engineers based on project schedule and provides test equipment needs for budget planning. • Maintains safety and regulatory compliance related to the lab environment. • Manages the training of lab technicians and engineers, oversees that lab procedures are followed, and develops and implements processes to improve quality, accuracy,…
