Job Description: The Deployed Operations Manager is the responsible party for managing, mentoring, and supervising Level 300 Site Leads, who in turn lead the crews that perform our Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) and extended duration international operations. They are Shield AI’s primary touchpoint for COCO crew information and, though the Senior Manager is the responsible party for COCO manning, the Manager works closely with the FSR Management team to provide personnel courses of action to the Senior Manager.
