ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Engineering Manager, Platform at Fieldguide, you will lead the team that builds the foundational platform powering Fieldguide: the core services, APIs, shared primitives, and developer tooling that make it fast, safe, and consistent to deliver new capabilities to customers. Every product surface and AI agent at Fieldguide is built on this platform. You will lead ten engineers (including Senior and Staff ICs), set the platform roadmap, and work with product, design, AI, and infrastructure leaders to decide where platform investment creates the most leverage.
