Purpose of Position • We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (backend-weighted) to join the Retail Tech team within Digital Technology. You will own complex features and integrations across our retail and omnichannel stack — connecting store and enterprise systems (POS, OMS, ERP, WMS, payment gateways) with digital commerce channels.As an Senior Engineer, you will lead subsystem design, build and maintain robust backend services and supporting frontend surfaces, mentor junior engineers, and drive initiatives that keep retail operations reliable at scale. You will stay hands-on across the stack, with most of your impact through backend architecture, APIs, and integration quality. Additionally, this role requires participation in an on-call rotation to ensure the continuous reliability of our critical systems.
