The Team The Infrastructure and GenAI Technical Program Management organization sits within Engineering Operations (Eng Ops), which helps Netflix's engineering teams move faster and more reliably at scale. Eng Ops serves as the strategic and operational arm of the broader Infrastructure and Security organization, spanning functional disciplines including Platform Modernization, Developer Education, Support, SRE, and Technical Program Management. Infrastructure and GenAI TPM serves as the connective tissue across engineering, turning broad, complex technical portfolios into coherent, well-governed programs.
